Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Executive Director, Commercial Strategy, Access & Operations, JPAC, to shape regional commercial strategy and market readiness. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, JPAC, with a strong matrix to Global Commercial Leadership, you will lead regional strategy, market access, pricing, new product planning and commercial operations across the JPAC region.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Finance, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs to

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Economics or related; MBA preferred.
Significant senior commercial leadership experience in global biopharma.
Experience leading regional or international oncology or specialty products.
Strong experience in launch planning, market access and pricing.
Experience supporting multiple international product launches.
Strong understanding of international healthcare systems and reimbursement.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Lead JPAC regional commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
Oversee regional market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies.
Drive launch readiness and lifecycle management for JPAC.
Partner with Global Commercial teams and local markets to ensure consistent direction.
Develop governance and performance management processes for commercial effectiveness.
Build a high-performing regional Commercial Strategy organization in JPAC.
