Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance & Operations for the JPAC region to shape financial and operational foundations as the company expands. You will partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Global Finance to enable sustainable growth and governance across multiple affiliates and distributors.

You will establish scalable financial infrastructure, lead planning processes, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial leadership to support commercialization

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
• Significant senior finance leadership experience in biopharma.
• Experience leading regional or international finance teams.
• Experience managing multi-country P&Ls and budgets.
• Strong governance, compliance and internal controls knowledge.
• Proven partner to C-suite and cross-functional leaders.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead JPAC finance and operations, partnering with commercial and clinical teams.
• Develop regional strategy, budgeting, forecasting and governance.
• Oversee regional P&L, investments and resource allocation.
• Drive scalable operating models and affiliate expansion.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and financial controls.
