Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Executive Director, Commercial Strategy, Access & Operations for the JPAC region. This global oncology company will require you to shape regional commercial strategy, lead market access, pricing, and new product planning, and oversee commercial operations across affiliate and distributor markets.

Reporting to the SVP, JPAC, you will partner with Medical Affairs, Finance, Regulatory and Global teams to ensure successful launches, sustainable growth and value

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
Significant senior commercial leadership experience in global biopharma.
Experience leading regional/international oncology or specialty products.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated JPAC regional commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
Lead value, access, pricing and market access planning for JPAC.
Drive launch readiness and lifecycle management across regional markets.
Establish governance and operating processes to improve regional commercialization.
Partner with Global Commercial and Local markets to translate global strategies locally.
Build and lead a high‑performing JPAC Commercial Strategy organization.
