Qualifications

• Significant senior finance leadership experience in global biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience leading regional P&L, financial planning and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, portfolio prioritization and regional investments.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight and internal controls for JPAC.
• Drive operational planning for launches and affiliate expansion.
• Establish robust governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across the region.
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Operations function across JPAC.
