Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Commercial Strategy, Access & Operations for JPAC.

This strategic leader will shape regional commercial strategy, drive market access and pricing, and oversee new product planning and commercial operations across the JPAC region. The role reports to the SVP, JPAC and partners with Medical Affairs, Finance, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure successful commercialization and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Senior commercial leadership experience in global biopharma or biotech.
Fluency in English is required and collaboration across matrix teams.
Ability to lead regional launches, pricing and market access strategies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the JPAC Leadership Team and align regional strategy with global priorities.
Lead regional commercial planning across the product lifecycle from early commercialization through launch and lifecycle management.
Develop integrated regional market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies.
Drive forecasting, launch readiness planning and performance reviews.
Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Strategy organization in JPAC.
Partner with Global Commercial teams to ensure consistent direction while enabling local flexibility.
