Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a highly organised Volunteer Coordinator in Australia to support administration for volunteer programs. You will play a key role in aligning processes, keeping records accurate, and supporting coordinators in care services.

We’re looking for a highly organised, positive go‑getter with a passion for purpose and a strong work ethic to join our team in this new role, on a full‑time, permanent, basis. Reporting to the National Director of Volunteers, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, bringing order, consistency and simplicity to how we support our volunteers. From aligning forms and processes to strengthening communications and compliance, your work will help create a smoother, more consistent experience right across St Vincent’s.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate volunteer administration, including applications, documentation with a key focus on recruitment and governance / compliance checks
  • Help bring everything into one place – aligning forms, communications and processes across programs
  • Keep volunteer records accurate, organised and audit‑ready
  • Support volunteer coordinators across hospitals and care services with day‑to‑day admin
  • Assist with communications, events and program activities
  • Track key data and support reporting
