Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a compassionate Volunteer Coordinator to lead and support our Palliative Care Volunteer Program, coordinating recruitment, training, supervision and engagement of volunteers who assist patients, carers and families.

Working with the Community Palliative Care Team, you will build strong partnerships with staff and community groups to ensure volunteers contribute safely and respectfully, aligned with person-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating volunteers in community or healthcare settings.
• Understanding of palliative care needs and patient/family support.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and support others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Recruit, train and engage volunteers for the Palliative Care Program.
• Supervise and support volunteers; maintain schedules and records.
