The Learning Leader will work with senior leaders and teachers to maintain rigorous courses, support curriculum innovation, and guide staff development within Padua College’s Learning and Teaching

• Lead curriculum and program development for Visual Arts; align with VCAA Curriculum and Padua’s Learning Framework.
• Oversee course provision to ensure exemplary pedagogy and rigorous student learning.
• Support teacher development and reflection to position students for success.
