• Lead curriculum and program development within the Learning Area to align with VCAA Curriculum and Padua’s Learning and Teaching Framework.
• Oversee course provision to ensure exemplary pedagogy and rigorous, relevant learning experiences.
• Support and develop staff to ensure student learning positions them for success.
