Job summary

The role reports to the Vice Principal - Learning and Teaching and focuses on student engagement, outcomes, and the implementation of Padua College’s Learning and Teaching Framework.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration for teaching roles.
• Non-teaching applicants must be eligible for a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.
• Role focuses on leading curriculum, teaching quality and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and innovative learning design in the Learning Area.
• Oversee course provision to ensure rigorous pedagogy and student success.
• Administer the Learning Area and perform duties assigned by Principal or College Improvement Team.
• Collaborate with staff to support student outcomes.
