• Ability to align learning design with Padua College Learning and Teaching Framework.

Mansioni

• Lead curriculum and program development in Languages and drive innovation in learning design.
• Oversee course provision to ensure exemplary pedagogy and student outcomes.
• Support and develop staff to ensure high-quality teaching across the Languages learning area.
• Collaborate with College leaders to implement Padua’s Instructional Model and MACS Vision for Instruction.
• Contribute to the College Learning and Teaching Team and support pastoral care as needed.
