The successful candidate will work with senior leaders to ensure high-quality teaching, rigorous assessment, and alignment with Padua College’s Learning and Teaching Framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning and teaching teams.
• Ability to align curriculum with state standards (VCAA).
• Experience in student-centred, evidence-based pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum and program development for the Learning Area.
• Oversee course provision and pedagogy to ensure rigorous, engaging learning.
• Support staff development and implement the Padua Learning and Teaching Framework.
• Administer Learning Area operations and collaborate with College leadership.
