Job summary

Crown Towers Sydney is seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to join as a full-time Butler. Based in Sydney's most luxurious property, you will deliver elevated service to our VIP and Villa guests and to on-site residents of One Barangaroo.

You’ll be meticulous, detail-oriented and passionate about creating bespoke guest experiences that are second to none, planning F&B services, coordinating events, and collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, and Maintenance to exceed

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role at a premium or luxury venue.
Ability to provide tailored and bespoke customer experiences to VIP clients.
Exceptional stakeholder and customer relations skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to use technology and adapt to various software applications.
Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
RSA certificate (or willing to obtain before commencement).
Able to work across a 24/7 roster when required.

Responsibilities

Main contact for all VIP guests and residents during their stay.
Provide tailored and personalised services for guests and VIPs.
Anticipate, manage, and fulfill individual needs and requirements.
Ensure villas are well maintained and presented; handle special requests.
Plan and coordinate F&B services and on-property facilities/events.
Partner with Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, F&B, Maintenance, Security, etc.
