Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a full-time Butler to elevate service for VIP guests and on-site residents at Crown Towers Sydney.

You will be the main contact for VIP guests, delivering tailored services and coordinating F&B and events, while working with Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, and maintenance teams. The role requires attention to detail, excellent stakeholder relations, and flexibility to work a 24/7 roster; RSA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role at a premium or luxury venue.
• Ability to provide tailored and bespoke customer experiences to VIP clients.
• Exceptional stakeholder and customer relations skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to use technology and be adaptable to different software applications.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
• A current RSA certificate (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement).
• Able to work across a 24/7 roster when required.

Responsabilités

• The main point of contact for all VIP guests and residents during their stay.
• Providing tailored and personalised services for our guests and VIPs.
• Anticipating, managing and fulfilling individual needs and requirements.
• Ensuring the Villas are well maintained and presented for guests, including special requests, preferences and arrangements are efficiently managed.
• Planning and coordinating F&B services, as well as offering the facilities and events available on-property.
• Partnering with key stakeholders, including Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, F&B, Maintenance, Security, etc
