MyPlace in North Lakes, QLD, is seeking an Assistant Village Manager to support retirement living operations. You will manage day‑to‑day village administration, budgets and financial reporting, and coordinate events, contractors and unit turnover while ensuring residents and families feel supported and at home.

This role requires a resident‑focused mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, staff and external partners.

Qualificações

• Experience in retirement living or service-focused environments is valuable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with residents, families and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day village operations and administration.
• Support budgets and financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate events, community activities and village marketing initiatives.
• Help coordinate contractors, maintenance activities and unit turnover.
• Provide guidance and support to the village team when the Manager is away.
• Contribute to safety, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement.
