Levande North Lakes is seeking an Assistant Village Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the village, resident engagement and financial management, under the guidance of the Village Manager.

You will build strong relationships with residents and families, coordinate maintenance and events, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and provide leadership when the Village Manager is away. This role blends people, operations and community leadership in North Lakes.

Qualifications

• Strong resident or customer service focus.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of people.
• Sound commercial and financial understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and practical approach to problem solving and managing competing priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office programs and learning new systems.

Responsabilités

• Support the Village Manager with day-to-day running of North Lakes, balancing resident needs with operational, administrative and financial requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day village operations, administration, budgets and financial reporting.
• Build effective relationships with residents, resident committees, team members, families, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support village events, community activities and local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Help coordinate contractors, maintenance activities and unit turnover.
• Provide guidance and support to the village team and stepping up when the Village Manager is away.
• Contribute to safety, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across the village.
