Living Choice Australia Pty Ltd – Parrearra QLD is recruiting a Village Operations Manager to oversee operations across Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast villages. You will provide leadership to Village Managers, drive compliance, resident satisfaction and community engagement across locations.

The role reports to the General Manager - Village Operations and involves travel between coast locations, budgeting, reporting and collaborative stakeholder management in a premium retirement living group.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in retirement living or multi-site operations.
• Experience managing budgets, compliance and performance.
• Customer-focused approach and passion for community living.
• Australian Driver's Licence; National Police Check may be required.
• Willingness to travel between Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities

Living Choice Australia is seeking an experienced Village Operations Manager to oversee operations across our Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast villages.

Reporting to the General Manager - Village Operations, you'll provide leadership, coaching and support to Village Managers while driving operational excellence, compliance, resident satisfaction and community engagement across multiple locations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional retirement living communities.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead and support Village Managers across multiple villages

About You

• Strong people leadership and coaching skills

• A customer-focused approach and passion for community living
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
