Mott MacDonald is seeking a Victoria Division General Manager based in Melbourne. You will inspire a diverse team of leaders and consultants passionate about delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across Australia and the world.

As a senior leader, you’ll bring strong client focus, commercial acumen, and extensive oversight of multidiscipline engineering and advisory delivery. You’ll drive capability, growth, and excellence across the business.

Formación

• Leadership experience in professional services/consulting with large teams.
• Track record delivering projects in a commercial/consultancy environment.
• Experience writing proposals and winning work.
• Ability to develop tactical strategies aligned with business goals.
• Knowledge of current professional standards ensuring safety in design and delivery.
• Passion for capability building and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive, visible leadership aligned with PRIDE values.
• Deliver Victorian business P&L in line with budgets.
• Contribute to development of broader business strategy and client engagement.
• Represent the business to the local market.
