Job summary

XDMG, backed by Globe International, is seeking a proven wholesale hunter to drive growth through Victoria’s workwear retailers and trade channels. You will open doors, win initial orders and build momentum with minimal maintenance and strong support.

You will travel across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, leveraging established relationships to seed new business and convert opportunities into recurring orders.

Qualifications

• Direct wholesale or distributor-channel sales experience.
• Established Victorian retailer network with real relationships.
• History of opening new accounts, not just maintaining inherited ones.

Responsibilities

• Introduce XDMG to workwear, safety, uniform and trade retailers throughout Victoria.
• Use your existing relationships to secure meetings with buyers, owners and franchisees.
• Open new wholesale accounts and generate initial orders.
• Develop smaller accounts into meaningful recurring customers.
• Travel throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
• Prospect continuously rather than waiting for opportunities to appear.
• Build a genuine pipeline and remain accountable for new‑business results.
• Identify opportunities involving large employers, project sites, work crews and uniform programs.
• Represent XDMG professionally in a close, highly competitive market.
