Private Advertiser is seeking a Victoria Sales Manager to lead sales and warehouse operations across Victoria. You will drive proactive growth, strengthen customer relationships and develop our existing customer base, with responsibility for key accounts and collaboration with the national team.

The role emphasizes expanding offerings, identifying strategic gaps and mentoring Account Managers, supported by a company vehicle, device, and training resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales experience with a track record of growth.
• Experience in a product-based company is advantageous.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be able to travel.

• Expand the product offering to existing customer accounts.
• Identify gaps in the current sales strategy and develop plans.
• Support Account Managers and grow their sales turnover.

As our Victoria Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our Victorian operations, overseeing both the sales and warehouse functions. Your primary focus will be to drive proactive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the ongoing retention and development of our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Expanding the product offering to existing customers accounts
• Identify gaps in the current sales strategy and develop strategies
• Support Account Managers and build their sales turnover
• Manage your own list of select key accounts with support from the National sales team.

About you:

• Sales andteammanagement experience, preferably in a product-based company;
• Experience in B2B sales. - wholesaling products preferred but not essential;
• Experience in on-road sales and phone-based account management;
• Proven sales experience with measurable success
• Current Valid Driver Licence
