Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Victoria stores in partnership with the Head of Retail. You will drive sales, profitability and customer experience while ensuring operational excellence across stores and a focus on meeting regional KPI targets.

This contract role runs through October 2027 and involves budgeting, mentoring Store & Cluster Managers, and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share while championing the House of Brands across Country Road

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading multi-site retail operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability in a premium brand environment.
• Experience managing regional P&L and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize performance across Victoria stores in collaboration with Head of Retail.
• Partner with Store & Cluster Managers to achieve regional sales targets and KPI goals.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI for regional initiatives.
• Coach and develop store leadership to improve efficiency, productivity and customer experience.
