Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Newcastle area store. You will oversee store performance across departments, working with the Store/Cluster Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets and develop a strong team ready for future leadership roles.

You will coach staff, drive stock control, and ensure a safe, customer-focused store environment while upholding CRG brand standards and values.
