Talent Matters is seeking an experienced State Manager to lead the VIC & TAS region for a prominent Australian fashion retailer. You will oversee approximately 5–6 direct reports, guiding store performance across 49 outlets and driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

The role is highly mobile, with most time spent visiting stores and leading regional strategy, while Mondays focus on administration and team planning. Permanent rights to work in Australia are required.

Formación

• Proven State Manager or equivalent multi-site retail management experience.
• Experience within fashion, apparel or high-volume specialty retail.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Operations and Area Managers to maximise performance.
• Drive sales, profitability and key retail KPIs across VIC & TAS.
• Develop and execute the regional retail strategy.
• Build a high-performance culture with ownership and accountability.
• Drive talent development and succession plans across the region.
• Oversee store visits and ensure consistent customer, product and visual standards.
