Country Road Group in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance across departments, partner with the Store/Cluster Manager, and grow a high-performing team focused on delivering a customer-led experience.

You will coach, train and develop staff, manage stock and loss, build rosters, and promote wellbeing while aligning with CRG's brand and business strategy. This role offers a competitive salary, generous product allowance, and opportunities across our retail brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and delivering customer-focused store experiences.
• Ability to manage stock, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Proven capability to plan rosters and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
