Country Road Group is seeking a Regional Manager for VIC on a fixed-term basis to drive profitability and deliver operational excellence across Victoria. You will partner with Store & Cluster Managers to meet regional sales targets, monitor market trends, and implement initiatives that maximise ROI.

You will lead and develop high‑performing teams, manage regional budgets with Finance, and champion a customer-centric, inclusive store environment.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a multi-site retail management role with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Experience in leading and developing high‑performing teams within a matrixed organisation.
• Strong understanding of brand, customer experience and premium retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Store & Cluster Managers to achieve regional sales targets and align with company objectives.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand market share and customer segments.
• Analyse regional sales data to identify growth opportunities and initiatives for profitability.
• Oversee operational excellence across all stores and ensure consistency.
• Coach and support Managers to analyse performance and implement improvement plans.
• Foster continuous improvement and share best practices across stores.
• Manage regional budgets with Finance to maximise ROI and growth initiatives.
• Analyse regional financial trends and address budget variances.
• Lead change with clarity and empathy and drive honest feedback culture.
• Collaborate across group to realize House of Brands strategy and ensure inclusion.
