Job summary
IHG Hotels & Resorts at Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Part time Food & Beverage Attendant for Ivy & Jack Restaurant. You will deliver warm, memorable service across conferencing, dining and daily service, including coffee, beverages and food.
Ideal candidates have F&B or bar service experience, RSA and Food Safety certificates, and a current police clearance. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are available in a busy city dining venue.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Food & Beverage or bar service role.
- Availability across a 7 day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- Current RSA and Food Safety Certificate required.
- Current police clearance within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Holiday Inn promise of making guests smile with warm, memorable service.
- Greet and escort guests to tables.
- Prepare beverages, including barista-made coffee, and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
- Serve food professionally and efficiently.
- Highlight specials and promotions and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with team for smooth, consistent service.
