Holiday Inn Perth City Centre, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, seeks a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Ivy & Jack, our all‑day dining venue, and oversee room service. You will shape guest experiences, build a high-performing team, and ensure brand standards across service at a vibrant Perth location.

Responsibilities include daily operations management, budgeting, recruitment support, and collaboration with finance and other departments to exceed guest love targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager (2+ years).
• Proven leadership and communication skills to drive team performance.
• Ability to analyse data and implement revenue-enhancing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of restaurant/bar and room service.
• Set and monitor rosters to meet demand and budgets.
• Drive revenue and guest satisfaction through engagement initiatives.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff to deliver service excellence.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and payroll cost control.
• Ensure safety protocols, HACCP compliance and service standards.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly following recovery guidelines.
