Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is recruiting a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Ivy & Jack, our all-day dining venue, and oversee room service. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue and team performance in a busy, high-volume setting.

Join a globally recognised hotel brand, shape guest experiences, mentor a high-performing team, and uphold brand standards across the venue. A 7-day rotating roster and approved certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Restaurant & Bar Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and implement strategies to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar and room service teams, including rosters.
• Drive revenue and guest satisfaction through engagement initiatives.
• Train, mentor and motivate team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Monitor budgets with finance to manage payroll costs.
• Ensure safety protocols, RSA and HACCP compliance.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly per service guidelines.
