Job summary

Lucasfilm Entertainment Company Ltd. LLC's Sydney studio is seeking a Talent Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You will support talent managers, assist in VFX crew and capacity management, and ensure a positive experience for artists, production teams, editorial and art departments.

You'll update crewing databases, coordinate meetings, onboard new artists, manage timecards and leave, and partner with Facilities, HR, Finance, Production and Technology to uphold talent processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, production, or related industry preferred.
• VFX knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update crewing and capacity spreadsheets and databases.
• Maintain the film credit database and review names with managers.
• Coordinate talent meetings and host social events.
• Prepare meeting agendas and disseminate notes.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new artists with HR.
• Coordinate artist reviews, surveys, and check-ins.
• Process timecards, TOIL and leave in production tools.
• Provide employee-related support to artists and production teams.
• Provide general admin support to talent managers, including calendar management.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, Finance, Production and Technology to ensure processes are followed.
