Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a VFX or feature animation production environment.
• Experience with ShotGrid and tracking tools.
• Technical literacy across Linux, Windows and Mac environments for reviews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude identifying workflow bottlenecks and risks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Art, Communications, or equivalent practical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with discipline supervisors to crew and schedule work aligned with show targets.
• Establish daily/weekly processes to communicate targets and priorities.
• Schedule, track, and manage work in ShotGrid for the team.
• Conduct regular artist check-ins and escalate issues to leadership.
• Set up turnovers, track client deliveries, and organize dailies and reviews.
• Generate weekly progress synopses for production leadership.
• Supervise and mentor Production Assistants.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting and run scripts for view stations.
