Chisholm Institute of TAFE seeks an experienced Schools and Industry Business Partner to drive statewide expansion of the Educator Passport program for VET educators in Victorian secondary schools.

You will lead engagement with schools, industry partners and education networks, translating plans into practical activities and scalable onboarding processes across Victoria. A strong background in education project delivery is essential for success.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and postgraduate qualification with relevant experience in education, vocational education and training, project or program implementation, stakeholder engagement, industry partnerships, workforce development or a related field; or
• Lesser formal qualifications combined with extensive relevant experience and demonstrated specialist expertise in education, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, industry partnerships, workforce development or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead defined implementation activities for statewide expansion of Educator Passport to secondary school-based VET educators.
• Develop scalable onboarding, engagement and lead approaches for participating schools and educators.
• Act as a key specialist contact for school-based VET educators and stakeholders across Victoria.
