Job summary

Department of Education Victoria seeks a VET Cluster Coordinator to lead the implementation of the VET Cluster Framework across multiple schools and training providers. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve local access to VET for secondary students and drive aligned planning and delivery.

You will coordinate governance, monitor outcomes, and support professional development while ensuring compliance with DE policies and transport coordination needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and lead cluster self-audits with improvement actions.
• Support school-based VET Coordinators and organise professional development.
• Assist in implementing the DE VET platform and address access gaps.
