Job summary

Stadiums Queensland is seeking a Venue Systems Support Officer to provide system administration and operational support for venue-based systems including CCTV, access control, building management, IPTV, timing, results and event production.

You will work with the Venue Systems Lead to diagnose faults, support documentation, training staff, and contribute to ongoing system enhancements across SQ venues. Excellent communication in plain English and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support or facilities management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in plain English.
• Proven ability to document solutions and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin and operational support for venue systems.
• Diagnose faults and coordinate remedial actions with internal and external teams.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and change records.
• Deliver staff training on system operations and new features.
• Support lifecycle maintenance, updates, and security patching.
