ALH Sunnybank Hotel (part of Endeavour Group) is seeking a Venue Support Officer to help run daily operations, assist on the floor during peaks and support marketing and social media efforts. The role blends customer service with admin duties in a busy hospitality venue.

You will handle data, reports, stock, and compliance tasks while contributing ideas in team meetings to improve operations and guest experience.

Qualificações

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person.
• Experience in social media and marketing is desirable.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain a well organized admin area and support venue team.

Responsabilidades

• Complete financial reconciliations and maintain POS registers.
• Maintain data integrity in ALH systems and employee/training records.
• Manage stock control and stocktakes; identify cash and stock variances.
• Ensure VISA obligations are met for team members in ALH systems.
• Review venue reports and provide feedback to key team members.
• Support audit, compliance and loss prevention initiatives.
• Venue admin support and marketing tasks, including Canva-style content.
• Handle social media duties and website content creation.

A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer:

• Completion of all financial reconciliations as required including maintaining point of sale registers
• Maintaining all data integrity in all ALH systems in a timely manner as well as all employee records and training records.
• Manage stock control and stocktakes within the Venue as well as Identify and highlight cash and stock variances
• Ensure all VISA obligations are met and managed for team members in the ALH systems.
• Reviewing all venue generated reports and providing feedback to key team members
• Assist Management Team in achieving expected audit results as well as Compliance and Loss Prevention
• Venue Admin Support and Marketing specialist - I want someone who can help me directly
• General social media duties, website management, canva type tasks/ graphic design, photos, content.

About You:

• You provide outstanding customer service with enquiries via phone, email and face to face.
• You have Social Media / Marketing experience and or interest.
• You understand the importance of privacy & confidentiality with sensitive information
• You maintain the administration area in a well organised and professional manner at all times
• You support the Venue team with service on the floor during peak times of trade
• You attend and contribute your insights in team meetings
