Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited, via MAX Data Monitoring Services, seeks a Venue Support Officer to support a group of venues and act as the first contact for queries. You will help ensure gaming data is reviewed accurately, assist with daily schedules, and maintain strong relationships with venue contacts to promote compliant operations.

You will integrate with internal teams, venues and regulators, delivering high-quality customer service while handling sensitive information with care and attention

Qualifications

• Gaming industry experience is highly regarded.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and analysing data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and manage enquiries end to end over the phone and by email.
• Review gaming data and complete daily work schedules accurately.
• Build strong relationships with allocated venue contacts.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain secure handling of sensitive gaming information.
• Work closely with internal teams, venues and regulators.
