Job summary

Tabcorp MAX Data Monitoring Services is seeking a Venue Support Officer on a 2 year fixed term contract in New South Wales. You will deliver high-quality customer service, review gaming data for accuracy, and build trusted relationships with venue contacts to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

You will provide end-to-end support, investigate operational issues, and coordinate timely solutions while maintaining secure handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and analysing data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and manage enquiries end to end over the phone and by email.
• Review gaming data and complete daily work schedules accurately.
• Build strong relationships with allocated venue contacts.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain secure handling of sensitive gaming information.
• Work closely with internal teams, venues and regulators.
