Job summary

Tabcorp’s technology team is looking for an Operational Support Engineer to keep wagering platforms and digital services reliable, responsive and available. You’ll monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll report to a technology leader, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, document incidents and solutions clearly, and participate in on‑call duty outside standard hours.

As an Operational Support Engineer, you’ll help support the digital platforms behind TAB and Tabcorp’s wagering and media experiences. This role exists to keep critical systems reliable, responsive and available while contributing to continuous improvement across a fast-paced technology environment. You’ll join a collaborative team where your problem-solving skills make a genuine difference every day.

Your role, your impact

Reporting into a technology leader, you’ll provide operational support for critical wagering platforms and digital services. Your work will help maintain system performance, minimise disruption and support great customer experiences.

• Support wagering platforms and digital tools used daily
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware incidents quickly
• Monitor system performance and elevate critical issues
• Work with technology teams to improve platform stability
• Document incidents, fixes and support processes clearly
• Contribute to emerging technology and improvement initiatives
• This role includes participation in an on‑call support roster outside standard working hours

What you’ll need to succeed
