Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor for Halekulani Bowling Club in Budgewoi, NSW. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with gaming, liquor, food, and safety regulations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hospitality/venue role is required.
• Must hold RSA and RCG licences, including Advanced RCG competency.
• Solid understanding of gaming operations and food & beverage outlets.
• Demonstrated ability to build a coherent team and deliver high customer service.
• Ability to develop lasting relationships with guests and customers.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Good WH&S knowledge and presentation standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible roster including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations at the venue to create memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG and regulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage continuous service delivery improvements and handle guest concerns.
• Oversee employee performance, training and development.
• Support compliance by updating reports in Risk Manager.
