Job summary

Mounties Group is hiring a passionate Chef for Halekulani Bowling Club in Budgewoi, NSW on a part-time basis. You will prepare and cook a variety of dining options, maintaining high standards and presenting wholesome meals to create memorable guest experiences.

To be successful, you should have kitchen experience, a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, a Food Handling certificate, and the ability to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, while being a team

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Food Handling certificate.
• Be self-disciplined and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain presentation and consistency of food served.
• Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals.
• Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations.
• Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality.
