Job summary

Netball World Cup Sydney 2027 is seeking a Venue Operations Coordinator to support planning, coordination and delivery of venue operations for competition and event venues. You will work with internal teams, venue partners, contractors and workforce to ensure venues are ready and provide a seamless experience for athletes and fans.

Reporting to the Venue Operations Manager, the role emphasizes overseeing overlay, logistics, staffing, safety and post-event readiness, with hybrid working options

Qualifications

• Experience in venue operations, event operations, logistics or major event delivery.
• Strong planning, organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of venue operations across competition and event venues.
• Act as operational contact within the venue team for daily operations and briefings.
• Coordinate with venue operators, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
