Job summary

Based at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, the Operations Officer ensures daily venue operations run safely, efficiently and to high standards. You will work across venue operations, facilities, maintenance activities and event delivery, coordinating contractors and stakeholders to support successful sporting and commercial events.

This hands-on role combines on-site work with planning and administrative duties, providing supervision to a small team of Service Officers and ensuring

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in venue operations, facilities management, maintenance and major events.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, service providers and stakeholders to deliver works safely and to standard.
• Strong organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage multiple activities and events.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with day-to-day guidance to team members.
• Working with Children Check clearance and NSW Class C Driver's Licence are required.
• Flexibility to work across any day of the week, including evenings and on-call arrangements.

• Oversee venue operations, facilities, maintenance and event delivery.
