Job summary

Tennis Australia Limited is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor for the United Cup Sydney 2027. This full-time maximum-term contract runs from 9 November 2026 to 29 January 2027, with availability across build, delivery and bump-out, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The role involves supervising event overlay, coordinating crews and ensuring safety and quality across the venue. You will manage contractors, suppliers and site logistics, maintain progress updates, and uphold

Qualifications

• Experience in major events, venue operations, logistics, overlay, construction or related environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and calm under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of event overlay and temporary infrastructure.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, logistics and site crews.
• Monitor site progress, inspections, and QA checks.
• Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships onsite.
• Promote safe working environment and support health and safety compliance.
