Tennis Australia is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to lead overlay and temporary infrastructure delivery across designated venue work zones for United Cup Sydney 2027. You will coordinate contractors, crews and logistics, ensuring safe, on-time delivery during bump-in, tournament operations and bump-out.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Formación

• Experience in major events, venue operations, logistics, overlay, construction, maintenance or related operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams and suppliers.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset; stays calm under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise delivery of event overlay and temporary infrastructure across venue work zones during bump-in, operations and bump-out.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, logistics and site crews to ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule works.
• Monitor site progress, inspections and QA checks; provide regular updates to the Event Operations team.
• Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships onsite; communicate site procedures and updates.
• Promote a safe working environment by identifying risks and supporting health and safety compliance.
