Job summary

Super Sports Australia seeks an enthusiastic Venue Manager to boost participation across our Brisbane sports centres in Acacia Ridge and Carina. You will drive operations, marketing, and program development to engage Junior and Adult players and teams, from grassroots to elite levels.

The role covers customer service, staff management, event draws, social media, and partnerships. 2pm–10pm four days a week plus one weekend day, with salary, super and commission.

Responsibilities

• Receive and action customer enquiries via phone, website, email, and social media; bookings via Square & Opensports.
• Develop and recruit players, teams, leagues, tournaments, and programs across Junior and Adult levels.
• Contribute to business planning with program creation, media distribution, budgeting and cost estimation.
• Handle admin tasks: records, staff rostering, draws, communications, bookings, SOPs, stock ordering.
• Create marketing material (Canva) and manage social media, website, EDM via Mailchimp.
• Perform light maintenance and resolve onsite issues; liaise with external contractors.
• Be contact person for external contractors such as cleaning and maintenance.
