Job summary

Grill'd Pty Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 20–50 staff and drive outstanding guest experiences. You will manage rostering, recruitment, stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager. You’ll develop your team through coaching, performance reviews and growth plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar restaurant leadership role.
• Ability to drive engagement and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of 20–50 staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Own rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from Area Manager.
• Grow your team with regular check-ins, performance reviews and development plans.
• Keep profit and loss, budgets and KPIs on track to run a successful restaurant.
• Champion the Local Matters program to support and engage local communities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
