Grill’d Healthy Burgers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Toowoomba location. You will lead a dynamic team, partner with the Restaurant Manager, and drive guest experiences across a fast-paced service environment.

As part of our growth, you’ll complete an 8-week onboarding program with leadership workshops and mentoring, with clear pathways to Area Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Support Office roles.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proven track record of delivering quality guest experiences.
• Familiar with safety and quality standards.
