Burger Urge in New Farm, Brisbane seeks a Development & Projects Administrator to support venue growth. You’ll manage documents, records and project data, and keep systems up to date across multiple venues.

Reporting to the Facilities & Project Manager, you’ll coordinate admin tasks, invoices and POs, and help prepare presentations while keeping a positive team-first attitude and willingness to learn.

Competenze

• Previous experience in administration or office support.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare, format and maintain documents, reports, correspondence and presentations
• Keep electronic files, spreadsheets and registers organised and current
• Update project information in Monday.com and other internal systems
• Help with invoice processing, purchase orders and basic financial administration
• Coordinate meeting invitations and agendas, and look after general office administration
• File and maintain important business records
• Check information for accuracy and completeness
