Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is opening a brand-new Watergardens venue and seeks a Venue General Manager to lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and shape the venue's success from day one.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving standards in service and safety, and taking full ownership of performance. The role offers career growth and a supportive, energetic culture.

• Experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality or retail settings.
• Proven ability to manage labour, COGS, and P&L.

Yo-Chi is coming to Watergardens! We’re looking for a Venue General Manager ready to lead from the front, build a high performing team and shape the success of our brand new venue from the day one! Yo-Chi was created to bring together seriously good frozen yogurt and even better energy in spaces where everyone feels welcome, happy, and inspired. New venue. New team. Big opportunity.
