Yo-Chi Cronulla is seeking a standout Venue General Manager to lead from the front, elevate a high performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader who loves leading on the floor.
• 3-5+ years experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.
• Passion for building great teams, strong culture and guest experiences.
• Natural coach with high standards.
• People-focused with a genuine love for hospitality.
• Driven to grow with Yo-Chi.

Responsibilities

• Be the driving force of the venue, visible and leading from the front each shift.
• Lead an exceptional guest experience that captures the Yo-Chi energy.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team in real time.
• Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture.
• Oversee daily operations with focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Manage labour, COGS, and P&L to deliver strong commercial performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Build strong connections with the Cronulla community through local engagement.
