Job summary

Yo-Chi Chippendale, part of Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt, is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead on the floor with energy and presence, delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand's vibe.

You'll coach a high-energy team, drive commercial results, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere across shifts, with opportunities for career progression and wellbeing support.

• Hands-on leader with hospitality experience and on-floor presence.
• Commercially aware with experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.
• Natural coach who lifts performance and maintains high standards.
• Capable of leading a busy, high-energy venue.

• Be the driving force of the venue, visible and engaged on every shift.
